Account Supervisor

Develop, manage, and grow client relationships as well as create, execute and administer interactive marketing campaigns for key clients. Lead an inter-disciplinary marketing team, including creative, media, production, and technology resources to deliver innovative marketing solutions.

Essential Responsibilities

Management of client accounts, including client-facing communication and internal team management. Ensures client satisfaction, quality delivery, profitability, and effective management of REI projects.

Account Planning
  • Develop integrated interactive strategies to meet client’s business and marketing objectives through best-in-breed web sites and, working with REI’s online marketing team, online marketing plans such as banners, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, mobile marketing, and online relations Work with client to strategically integrate online efforts with client’s offline efforts
  • Organize and facilitate client discovery meetings and presentation of strategic deliverables to client, leveraging REI’s directors and strategic resources
  • Ensure strategic recommendations are carried out through all subsequent work

Digital Project Manager

BarkleyREI has an immediate opening for a Digital Project Manager. Our project managers play a critical role in managing a wide range of interesting, challenging digital projects to ensure that our team members are working together to produce great solutions that our clients love.

Essential Responsibilities

The Digital Project Manager will report to the Senior Account Director and will be expected to proactively manage cross-disciplinary digital teams to ensure that quality solutions are delivered on time and on budget. Specific responsibilities include:

Plan and lead website redesign and digital marketing projects
  • Work with client services team and team members to scope and estimate projects
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure project milestones are completed on time
  • Help transition projects from department-to-department through the project life cycle to ensure that all team members understand the goals, scope, and timing of the project
  • Support client services in completing status reports and project updates to team, management, partners, and other project stakeholders

Senior Front-end Developer

BarkleyREI has an immediate opening for an experienced Front-end developer. As senior Front-end developer you will be part of a team that is charged with designing and building products and services for BarkleyREI.

Your primary focus will be to architect and build these products so they perform well and are easily maintained. You will work closely with other front-end developers, UX designers, and product managers — people skills are a must.

The senior Front-end developer reports to the User Interface Development Director.

Qualifications

  • Has an intimate relationship with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
